Love my new sofa and thought delivery was seamless - great to have no packaging to get rid of and delivery men ensured I was happy with - thanks.

Very pleased with the quality of my sofas. Reliable and effective service all round. I did however have to take my window pain out to get them in. This was because the packaging increased their size and was not mentioned on the specifications on the website. I was very anxious about getting them in through the window however i am now very exited and proud of my purchases.

The two sofas arrived on time and the delivery drivers

unpacked and took all the packaging with them.

Had to wait a while due to placng my order late and missing the boat from Italy, but the sofa was a well-worth waiting for.



Good delivery service too. Sofa was supplied with a small kit for cleaning and conditioning the leather.



The sofa is solid and beautiful, leather - high quality. Was worried about buying online first something like a soda, but the customer service and the final product did not make me regret and did not leave me disappointed, but a very happy customer indeed who's happy to advocate about SofaItalia to my friends in the future!

We are really pleased with our sofa and chair. The quality is fantastic. We spent some time looking at the market, visiting ******* and the usual furniture stores. We had never bought a large item from an internet site and so we were a little apprehensive about doing so but Sofaitalia appeared to offer ******* quality at affordable prices. To check on the quality we took the long journey to Durham to see for ourselves. Unfortunately, we arrived almost at closing time, but the salesman stayed open, let us browse, showed us the stock, even painstakingly unwrapped sofas. He even made us coffee whilst going through the catalogues. The whole process took two hours but felt like forty minutes. We were made to feel comfortable and were not rushed into making our decisions. We made the order whilst there and were promised pre-Christmas delivery. True to their promise the sofa was delivered two weeks before Christmas. The delivery men came on time, unwrapped and assembled the suite and removed all the packaging. They were also very polite and took care with the furniture.

We would not hesitate to recommend Sofaitalia, or buy from them again.

The sofa is excellent in quality and value and delivery went according to schedule, bar a day's delay because of adverse weather conditions. The only problem experienced was tracking the order on line. Karl was very helpful on the phone however.
