The whole process of buying our Leather suite, was straight forward, I was a little concerned as I did not view the suite in " the flesh" and ordered from the images on your web site. I chose the colour from a swatch of the leathers that SI sent to me. The suite was received, within the lead time that Sofa italia stated at time of ordering. I had never heard of sofaitalia before using them and was obviously wary of committing a large sum of money to something only viewed on the internet. The service was excellent from start to finish, from the receipt of the leather samples, right the way through to delivery which arrived 9 days before Christmas. I was kept updated with times and dates and all packaging was removed. The champagne leather corner sofa and 1 seater sofas are absolutely stunning. Would definitely recommend to others.

We have not unpacked the sofas as yet but they are well packed. A long delay (2 months) with the delivery was disappointing as the website claimed \'In stock\'. Good progress reports and updates given on the delivery though. Overall, would recommend sofa italia. Rgds.

Excellent corner sofa exactly as described and pictured on your website. Some problem with delivery due to Customs problem, but was delivered at 6am as promised without waking the neighbours or our son!

Wouldn\'t normally buy large items of furniture on line as I like to inspect the quality and workmanship but in this case the store sent me samples of good quality leather and answered all my questions in subsequent phone calls to them. Furniture was delivered extremely well packed and on time by two of the most helpful, efficient and pleasant delivery men who installed, cleared and took away all the packaging. I would most definitely recommend Sofaitalia to my friends and would certainly use them again in the future.

Did not buy online, but visited store in Stockton. Immediately impressed with styling of furniture in store. Modern styling in good quality material at prices similar to the run-of-the-mill furniture offered by other stores.

Delivery time was what we were told on ordering, and the delivery men, as some of your other customers comment, took away all packaging and positioned the sofa exactly where we wanted.

I was a bit dubious about ordering a sofa on the Internet unseen as we don,t live near the store. I really liked the design I chose, but i neednt of worried the quality of the leather is super & really well made. The delivery men were great very careful, & took all the packing away as well. Settee delivered within 2 weeks,very helpful delivery men rang few hours before arrived.Unpacked settee placed in the room and took away packaging. Leather settee looked great, excellent quality. Would consider buying again from this company.
