Delivery Policy

If the leather sofa / settee / corner sofa etc is in stock, your leather sofa / settee / corner sofa etc will be dispatched for delivery within 7-14 working days from receipt of cleared funds. Your leather sofa / settee / corner sofa etc will be handled by one of our experienced delivery teams and delivered to a room of your choice at ground floor level. Exceptions to this policy can be arranged, please contact us if you require your leather sofa / settee / corner sofa etc more urgently.

If the leather sofa / settee / corner sofa etc is to be specially manufactured, waiting times vary but as a rule please allow between 5 and 14 weeks (factory dependant) from receipt of your deposit unless otherwise stated. We will contact you approximately 3 weeks prior to scheduled delivery to enable you to settle the balance payment on your order.

Delivery Terms

Upon an order with deposit being placed you will be given an indication of approximate delivery dates, will endeavour to honour these timescales, however due to factors outside our control these are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. Furniture will only be delivered to a ground floor room, if there is a special need for a delivery outside of these parameters, this needs to be explained in our offices / on the telephone / in the additional comments section at the time of order and there may be a reasonable extra charge that applies. The customer understands and accepts that it is entirely their responsibility to ensure the goods that they have ordered can be delivered to and will fit into the required location within the delivery premises. The customer accepts that even if this is not the case, the goods shall be their responsibility and that they will not be entitled to a refund or replacement. Should any costs be incurred to complete the delivery (i.e. removing banisters, windows etc) the customer accepts will not be liable for this. Any damage or fault on any item of furniture needs to be advised to the delivery crew at the time of delivery, at which point they will call for further instructions. Any damage or fault not advised to the delivery crew needs to be notified by email as soon as reasonably possible of the delivery time and date. only accepts liability for damage caused to a property if it has been caused by the negligence of one of our staff or 3rd party company under our control and at which point our full liability does not extend any further than the repair itself.

ADEQUATE FLOOR PROTECTION - Please ensure you have placed adequate covering to protect your flooring/carpets as no claims can be made for damage caused to unprotected flooring/carpets. (The delivery team are forbidden to remove any safety clothing, including footwear).

BREAKABLE OBJECTS - Please can you remove any personal objects that may be breakable whilst the delivery is carried out (Ornaments, Wall Pictures, Trailing Wires. etc) en-route to the desired delivery point, before the delivery team arrives.

ACCESS IN PROPERTY – At the point of order it is your responsibility to check the dimension of items ordered to ensure item(s) are able to be physically maneuvered through passageways to the desired delivery point. 

ACCESS ISSUE - If the delivery team feel that the item(s) cannot be physically maneuvered without causing damage to the product or property, they will inform you of this matter and offer to leave item(s) in a safe room or garage in the property.

- if you still wish the delivery team to remove the packaging  or attempt to take the item to the desired point, it is at your own risk and we and our delivery partners do not take any responsibility for any damage.

- You will be asked to write, "I take responsibility of any damage caused to property and product" and sign the delivery note to that effect.

Cancellations & Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. Therefore, we offer a 7 day money back guarantee. If you are not happy with your new sofa just let us know within 7 days. Under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) No 2334. If you buy items from stock online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing (either by post or email we do not accept cancellations by telephone).  within 7 working days after the day of receipt. If you require us to collect the goods we reserve the right to make a charge to cover collection costs.

Goods must be either in their original packaging if this is no longer available a similar quality substitute packaging should be used and the furniture must not have been used. We will refund your payment less any return carriage costs within a maximum of 30 days of notification

(Exceptions) For all specially ordered, made to order or bespoke items (identified on our website or your email order confirmation at the time of order  - example 5-8 weeks/10-14 weeks etc), these goods cannot be returned or exchanged under the Distance Selling Regulations. Distance selling regulations do not apply if the item has been ordered or viewed in our premises.

Delivery refunds cannot be issued for failed deliveries in these circumstances. Reasonable carriage charges will be made for return of furniture to our warehouse. Eg. The return charges for the UK mainland are £75 for the 1st item and £25 for each and every subsequent item
